This website (hereinafter the “Website”) constitutes the official B2B electronic channel of SIGANOS I. SINGLE MEMBER S.A., intended for the electronic placement of orders by the company’s partners.
Use of the Website is governed by these Terms of Use, which the user expressly accepts upon entering and using its services.
Access and use
The Website is intended exclusively for existing professional partners of the company who hold an active cooperation agreement and access credentials issued by the company. Visitors are not able to register or create an account on their own.
Prices and Payments
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT and may be modified without prior notice. Customers may submit orders within their approved credit limit. If the available limit is not sufficient, a payment against the outstanding balance is required via EveryPay or using the RF payment code.
Limitation of Liability
The company makes every possible effort to display products, prices and stock accurately; however, it bears no liability for technical or typographical errors or for temporary interruption of service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website is the intellectual property of the company and is protected by applicable legislation.

2. Returns / Cancellations Policy
Sales through the Website concern exclusively business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Product returns are accepted only upon approval by the company and only in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Order cancellations are accepted only before order processing begins.
The company reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of stock or credit restrictions.
In cases of an accepted return or cancellation, the credit is issued either by way of a reversal entry or by refunding the amount to the customer’s bank account.
3. Product Delivery Policy
All products of SIGANOS I. SINGLE MEMBER S.A. are delivered ex works from our warehouse premises at 18 Loutrou Street, Acharnes, P.C. 13671, Athens. Responsibility and the risk of transport pass to the customer upon loading. Deliveries are carried out daily and safely by our own drivers, and dispatch times depend on product availability and internal warehouse flow. The company is not liable for delays due to force majeure or due to transport companies.

5. Payment Methods / Transaction Security
Recognising the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a Payment Institution licensed by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018, Government Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018), and securely handles card payment transaction data in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. EveryPay is certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and is subject to periodic audits by a specialised consulting firm. All EveryPay services are provided over secure connections with 256-bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the 3D Secure service, an additional security safeguard for VISA & MasterCard cards. In that case, the Payer must enter their personal secret code in order to complete the transaction successfully.
